AVAILABILITY: All of the artwork displayed at The Best of Both Worlds is crafted by American artists. Some of the artists are able to maintain a limited stock, other artists will craft your piece upon order. The production time will vary from artist to artist. The average time is 2-3 weeks but but for some artists it is less and for some it is more

ONE-OF-A-KIND: Some of the pieces on display are described as "one-of-a-kind". At any given time a one-of-a-kind piece may be available or it may have already been purchased by a collector. Please e-mail us or call us as soon as you are interested!

Among those artists, we know an elite and talented number of them who thrive on the challenges of custom orders. SHIPPING: Shipping and handling within the continental U.S. is, in most cases, included in the purchase of the piece. Custom orders and rush orders may require additional S&H charges. The type of carrier - UPS, Postal Service, etc. - will vary according to the piece. Pieces are carefully packaged and insured. For shipping time information, please read on.

Each item description text tells you how much time to allow for that item. When we place your order with the artist we will confirm it's estimated time of arrival and let you know if there is any change. Rush orders for special occasions can often be accommodated, so please don't hesitate to ask.

EXCHANGES: We are certain that you will be very happy with your purchase.In the event that you feel an exchange is necessary, all returns must be authorized. Please call us within 1 week of receipt to discuss the exchange and to get mailing instructions. Refunds are not available but we will exchange the piece or issue you store credit. Special orders, sized, altered, or used items are not returnable
